Identifying and overcoming leadership challenges

Leaders are struggling. Studies abound that confirm this truth. Upwards of 50% of organizational employees leave their jobs to get away from bad leaders. Gallup reports that 51% of managers are not engaged in their job while 14% report actively disengaging from their work altogether, leading a workforce where 7 out of 10 employees are not engaged in their work. The average workday for an executive leader is 13.5 hours during the week and an additional 5 hours on the weekend. Professionals suffer isolation both professionally and personally due to the demands of the job which leads to a crisis of confidence. The “work never stops” cycle is detrimental to both a healthy professional and personal life.

In this workshop, Robert will share with you key, life-changing approaches for breaking this dysfunctional cycle leading to more engaged teams and amazing productivity.

Learning Objectives:

  • Outline clear evidence on where leadership is failing currently
  • Learn a workable framework for how to change our paradigm surrounding leadership
  • Sharpen an applicable skill (Coaching conversations) that you can use after the session to begin moving your teams and your organization in the right direction
