The 30-Minute Business Acumen for Project Professionals video course defines important dimensions of sound business acumen for the project and business professional. Included in this course is a discussion of 30 key dimensions as well as a self-assessment to measure individual business acumen proficiency for the purposes of developing a personal business acumen professional development plan for the project professional.
By the end of this course, the student will be able to:
