Description
The 30-Minute Scrum Master video course dives into the critical role of the Scrum Master in an Agile initiative. This short course includes the key characteristics and values of an effective Scrum Master. This course also defines the primary responsibilities a Scrum Master must employ in collaboration with product owners and development teams as well as with project managers in a hybrid project environment.
By the end of this course, the student will be able to:
- Define the differences between traditional Project Managers and Scrum Masters
- List the key functions for the typical Scrum Master
- Describe the responsibilities of the Scrum Master working an Agile project
