Do I have to pass a test to earn PDU credit?
No. Students will be provided a Certificate of Completion automatically upon the completion of each course.

How are PDUs reported to PMI?
Prodevia Learning submits the PDUs you’ve earned directly to PMI on your behalf. PDUs are reported to PMI every US business day Monday – Friday for courses completed before 5pm US ET. You can relax and focus on learning, we’ll take care of reporting the PDU credit you’ve earned to PMI.

How long does it take to complete a course?
In accordance with the PMI® Authorized Training Partner program standards, one PDU is awarded for every one hour of structured learning. For example, a 15 PDU course will take 15 hours to complete.

Are PDUs earned through Prodevia Learning Pre-Approved by The Project Management Institute?
Yes, Prodevia Learning is recognized by the Project Management Institute as a Premiere Authorized Training Partner. As a PMI Authorized Training Partner, we report the PDU credit directly to PMI on your behalf.

What are my options regarding methods of payment?
Prodevia Learning accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards for online payment of enrollment fees.

How do I access my course materials?
After enrolling in a Prodevia Learning course, you will receive an e-mail with your enrollment confirmation and password for instant online access to your Student Dashboard.
